We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and know you’ll love your SELFISH products but if you change your mind we can offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.  

 

To be eligible for an exchange or refund your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To return an item, you can contact us at hello@selfishofficial.com.au. We recommend returning by registered mail or any postage method that requires a signature upon delivery as we do not accept responsibility for items until they have been received by us. 

Refunds and exchanges will be processed once the item has been successfully returned and inspected by our team.

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

In the unlikely event of receiving a defective, damaged or incorrect item please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify the situation as a matter of urgency.
